"I worked for this firm for 4 months. It didn’t take me long to figure out this was not the firm for me. That was apparent on the first day when I reported to work and was placed in a job position that I didn’t interview for. Simply the hiring manager lied to me and placed me in a position where I had zero experience with no help or guidance whatsoever. My supervisor lacked leadership and control over the department. Engineers and designers simply did whatever they wanted to do and the most senior engineers could care less about their teammates/coworkers. There is so much more to say and not enough space on this review to list everything. Simply put this is a good firm to work for in general. Unfortunately, the department I worked in Boston was a complete circus and poorly run. That comes down to the leadership on the local level. Best of luck to those who go to work for this firm."
"I've worked with Kleinfelder for a few years and found them to be a solid company on procedures and in getting results. I've seen a transition from an employee owned company to a company with outside funding and it has resulted in an over emphasis on economic numbers, sometimes at the cost of Employee moral."
