"Be forewarned if you apply and get a job here. You'll be underpaid. You won't ever get a raise. You'll never get a bonus or a commission. You'll only survive if you're in a certain clique, you'll know if you get hired. It means you'll be doing a lot of brown nosing. So, if you're okay with that, go for it. The area managers, who like to call themselves housing operations director (just to be clear, that is a made up title as neither do what a director of housing operations actually do), will make you one promise after another and will never keep their word. This company is based on lies and deception. The area managers are the worst that I have ever had the displeasure to work with. I would say work for, but their knowledge of the housing industry is sorely lacking. This company is a wreck. Morale is low and people are quitting left and right, even the unqualified people by a certain areaJ director hired to have pets around her. AreaJ manager hires and promote within months people who have no qualifications and little to no job experience compared to people who have worked there for years. DO NOT APPLY TO THIS AMATEUR HOUR."
