"Management's ethical standards were very poor from top to bottom. Hiring practices misleading. Managers were abusive. Opportunities were minimal. Company slashes workforce too readily & slashes/burns acquisitions."

"Require managers to complete an ethics course. Be honest in hiring practices."

"Hiring practices were misleading. Made promises they had no intention of keeping, failed to follow through. Failed to recognize performance and real results to bottom line. Abusive management style."

"Clean house from the top down, require management to complete ethics training, treat people and customers with respect, do less slash & burn from the bottomup when times are tough, require topdown belt tightening, not just layoffs."
