"Was lied to to about being laid off from my supervisor. was stuck with dumb hours, and lied too to many times."
"Good company. Great people. Strong reputation"
"Great company with plenty of room for advancement."
"Management is horrible. Just horrible. How many times can I write horrible. Uneducated sleazy."
"The company is large and has an international presence. The training for incoming people varies depending on the group you are in, but if you are properly trained, it is an international company with more resources than anyone else on the market."
"I worked for Konecranes for a limited time before the position was eliminated company-wide. I was happy with the corporate training and support. New management of the branch promises to improve the future for this branch."
"I’ve been with Konecranes a few short months in on that time I learned so much I worked with a great group of down to earth people that helped each other whenever there was a struggle with a great health and 401k plan this job did wonders for me including allowing me to buy my first car and apartment overall a great company to work for"
"Good company to work for but lack in onboarding new hires. Limited resources and support make the service Sales role difficult unless you have a big book of business built up. Enjoyed the people I worked with"
"Do not work for this company. Deep structural problems. I had worked for them for eight years when I was let go. Current local management came from a fire alarm company (knows nothing about the industry) and was actually getting mad at us for not following his new rules, which were against company policy and OSHA code. We were working 80+ hour weeks due to poor planning; no breakdowns during that time, just normal 40 hour stuff. The Richmond, VA branch has been through 6 branch managers, 5 service supervisors, and 3 salesmen in 5 years. Deep management trouble. Also, horrible management ethics. If they don't like you, you'll only get 20-25 hours of work a week. They talk nice, but will stab you in the back in a heartbeat. I have already seen it play out 3 times."
"I was with Konecranes for just about a year and a half, when I was suddenly terminated. I was not given a reason for my termination but when I filed a complaint I received extra severance pay in exchange for taking further action against the company. They messed up my termination so bad that EI even sided with me when I applied for it because Konecranes would not give them a reason for my termination."
"A one liner on this review. Well, I'm not sure where to start. who about okay"
