"The company lacks transparency is not self critical. It hides inefficiencies from corporate and customers. They seem to bask in a reactive culture rather than grow a proactive culture with initiaitves like training, pfmea reviews, etc."

"Boundaries for the plant's engineering resources need to be established. Need to get out of the firefighting details of everyday and focus on longterm key initiatives to promote profitability."
