"At the start (original management) the company offered advancement although limited due to the company size. It was nice to work for a recognized leader in the field.and the work environment was comfortable."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Talk to as many current employees as possible prior to taking a position at Magtrol. Be sure of what you are getting involved with."
What don't you like about working at Magtrol?
"New management has resorted to friends get advanced and good work is not recognized. The obvious favoritism toward a very select few. When I left the moral of the employees was at an all time low and customer respect was waining."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't be quite so obvious when playing the favorites game it is demeaning to the rank and file employees and makes for an unhealthy work environment"
