"MARCOA Media (acquired by JumpCrew) employed great people that work hard. Budget constraints pre-acquisition made improvements to the work environment and equipment difficult to get approved. The company is willing to put you in new rules you're not trained in because they value your contribution and want to push you to learn and improve."

"They are trying but not getting it together YET. Several of the Project Managers are greedy and/or fearful and do not share or care to engage their sales specialists. New VP is awesome along with new HR person. Regional Manager manages with fear and is very reactive. If they made some changes and trusted their people there could be good potential. I would not recommend at this point. They do have some really good people within this company - kudos to them!"

"The company does truly care about their employees and are making great strides for improvements. They have recently changed compensation plans to offer a base salary + commission for their sales team, they are in the process of rolling out a new CRM along with Tablets for their sales team, they have added a layer to the sales team offering more advancement opportunities and they are also hiring new sales team members to help drive sales forward in the future. These are all positive changes going on at MARCOA Publishing and will take the company to the next level."
