Marmot Employee

"I don't recommend my department. It is poorly managed and a big part of the problem is that unqualified/unskilled individuals were promoted into these roles. They lead the team by instilling fear/using bullying tactics. Those who have been in the department a long time won't speak up, which is a disservice because they just enable these managers to keep behaving badly. For those who have spoken up have been retaliated against by being written up. It's a no win situation."
