"I have worked with Mars for nearly a year and a half and have enjoyed my time here. They focus on the employee individually and really make them feel like they're part of something. I feel that my career path is taking me in a different direction than I am going here ,but that is no fault of management."
"It is a great working experience with talented people, and comfort working environment."
"I worked for Mars for a couple years. They expanded their sales team recently, and a couple years later back tracked. It wasn't favorable a large portion of the recent hires. The company had a fun culture, paid well, and had good benefits if you are in sales (and maybe other positions too). I would recommend others to working for this company to learn about large company culture."
"It is a quality firm. I would recommend it to any candidate."
"I loved the company and it seems like a great work environment regarding work-life balance and collegiality. I was not offered a full time position at the completion of my internship but would have welcomed the opportunity to work there full time."
"Great company to work, principles based"
"Great company with great benefits"
"Ive worked here for 4 years and enjoy the challenges and supportive upper management."
"The company is a good company"
"Excellent company to work for. Great benefits, colleagues, and work life balance. Flexibility with work schedules, including summer hours and work from home days. Slightly ambiguous atmosphere can be challenging when trying to complete tasks and projects. Overall, great place to work!"
"I have worked on Mars from 2012. I find it nice and alive in friendly ways and good customer service."
"Unfortunately they have some really talented people and a great product being wasted on them. It's a "small business" with all of the large corporation way of thinking, and none of the resources."
"Mars is a great company with good pay and incentives. I would recommend Mars for anyone seeking a new career. They treat employees fairly and take pride in treating employees as people and not just workers."
"This is a great company with decent pay and great incentives. I would recommend the company to anyone."
