HR should set up an evlautaion of Middle management. Just like Middle management evaluate people under them. Those people managed by Middle management should have the chance to evaluate their bosses. This is common practice in most companies
A suggestion I would give to any organization would be to not be afraid to listen to your people. The 'foot soldiers' are the ones that are in the pits doing the work. With that thought in mind, one might think they should have a feel for what could work better and more efficient.
To be perfectly honent, I had no complaints about MedTox. I will say that while I worked in R&D, sometimes the deadlines we had to meet were somewhat unrealistic.
