"I am only familiar with the Cincinnati location. Granted every hospital has their issues but the turnover rate seems high and many of the employees feel overworked and unappreciated - compassion fatigue is a big issue with staff but the hospital does nothing to help. The company talks to talk, but doesn't really walk the walk. Even so, they have great benefits but negotiate HARD for a good starting wage and try get everything in writing. Great doctors and staff, poor leadership."
