"Meritage Homes is a great company to work with. They provide some training, health care insurance to include life insurance, monthly vehicle allowance and reimbursement of work related expenses. The reason I did not give them 5 stars is because they provide very limited training to their new field employees and love to hire young, inexperienced individuals fresh out of school, but then throw them to the wolves. Which I feel is unfair to the employee and in some instances, set them up for failure due to lack of knowledge as to what they are actually responsible for as a construction manager."
"Good company with really high quality builds for its customers as well as a really personal experience throughout the build process."
"Completely unorganized. They will not tell you whether you are doing well or not."
"High turnover of top management in California (6 Division Presidents in 8 years plus greater than 100% turnover of all department heads over two year period) lead to a directionless and chaotic office."
