"The challenges presented in the form of work. IE you will be working on some of the newest and complex / incomplete prints ever to come across your desk with lead times as short as one week. The politics, Nepotism, favoritism, general lack of and appreciation of knowledge and skill."

"Start listening to the people that know what they do for a living. When you say you need team players become part of the team as well."
