"If you’re looking for a job that prioritizes patient care, focuses on customer service, and fosters a team environment, apply for a job literally ANYWHERE else. This company is run like garbage from top to bottom. They don’t care about the well-being of their patients, all they care about is money. If the genuinely best thing for a patient is that they don’t buy anything, you’ll still get punished for letting them out the door without purchasing something. There’s absolutely no camaraderie, no sense of community, and no investment in their employees. I worked at this company for a year and a half and the office I worked at was like a revolving door. I watched countless employees be hired, trained, and then quit within months. They have absolutely nothing to offer in terms of employee retention, they’re constantly on the search for licensed opticians, but they refuse to offer anything in the way of tuition reimbursement for certification and education. The training they offer is a joke, their online continuous training offers no comprehensive knowledge about the field, and all in all, I wouldn’t recommend that anyone I know or care about work for this trash company."
