Senior Solutions Architect

"I was with NTT when they purchased Dimension Data. Due to restructuring I was let go. The company is going through a lot of changes and I feel that it was a good move to make. My role there had strong emphasis on the Digital Workplace and how clients should be embracing technologies that fell within that realm. At NTT, Digital Workplace spanned everything from Office365, to Security, to re--platforming. All in all, it was a decent place to work."

"I have worked for NEG (formerly PPG) for 24 years. NEG made a business decision to close the facility in Chester, SC which is the facility I work in. NEG has two other locations, one in Shelby, NC and one in Lexington, NC. Those facilities are fully operational and have the same work ethics as the Chester facility. It is a teamwork environment and benefits are good. I would continue to work for this company if I didn't have to relocate to a different facility."

"NTT America gained a great many extremely talented technical employees through acquisitions over the years but inept and ineffective middle management in many parts of the company has resulted in the loss of most of that experience. There is a do as you're told and do not question or offer input if you value your job mentality held in some parts of the company in particular - teamwork has suffered and there is little real direction available so for significant periods progress is stalled."

"Poor management and little support to perform duties. Lots of management in-fighting.Most work is performed by a few individuals. Most staff is kept clueless. Most everyone is pleasant to work with and many people have remained for over 10 years.Pay is low but bonuses are regularly paid out. Too many partners and not enough work is performed internally."
