4 I really enjoy working for Nutanix but over time I have noticed that the career paths that I was told about when I was hired are not actually available to those in my current sales position. It is also very difficult to move up in the linear career path they have forced people into, making me disappointed with the company as a whole. My team is overall great to work with but there are of course the outliers that make the position more difficult to succeed and at times inhibit my ability to succeed in the role.

4.4 I worked closely with internal sales and customer technical teams and directors to evangelize cloud architecture that modernizes infrastructure and streamlines application delivery. Nutanix is in rapid growth, got a little distracted, but has a strong product and a fantastic culture. Benefits are the best I have seen, and pay is very competitive.
