"I've worked for OpenHydro since 2014 as many others which willingly left. I've found them to be a strong company in burning investors money to outsource everything with 0 ethic values and an emphasis on customer retention. Customers were blamed with delivery dates and project management did not want to listen on engineering inputs which leads to safety near miss accidents and harsh working environment under voltage and power. This place was full of double cover your ass, as co-workers were blaming each other in deliveries. The company employs around 110 people instead of 220-300 and has over 3 world wide locations. The purpose of building up was just to sell company on the peak and not to deliver successfully promised products to customer on time and with reasonable rates. On the other hand, it's a perfect place for getting experience in theatre, to use any weakness of others in own advantage and to ruin team spirit. The working place is full of stress and with zero right feedback on your capabilities and talent. "Hide and Cover" would be the best moto. :-)"
