"It is a wonderful company and they are truly dedicated to training their employees to the fullest. The Everett headquarters has an amazing group of people that are there to help in any way possible from HR down to the Branch level!"
What don't you like about working at Opus Bank?
"My manager listened to false accusations from another co-worker about me and I was talked to about it. The person whom made the false accusations later embezzled over $10,000 out of the back vault!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My advice for management in this case is to be more proactive with your employees so that you don't base your judgments strictly on hearsay. The branch manager was rarely in the branch as he was on sales calls a lot."
