Pangea Biological Employee

"My experience here was the worst. I would never recommend this stressful and exhausting job to anyone. Instead, I recommend you avoid it. MY BOSS WAS AWFUL, MAKING ME WORK LONG HOURS AND ON THE WEEKENDS WITHOUT EXTRA PAY. IT WAS HORRIBLE FOR MY WORK-LIFE BALANCE. NO PEACE!"

Biologist

"Blockheaded leaders putting extreme pressure on poor employees - The blockheaded CEO and the inept management were so indecisive. Things were always decided at the last minute, putting a lot of pressure on the poor employees. They were always cramming for requirements and unreasonable deadlines. Been there for years and things are still the same. I don't think there will be any improvements made anytime soon or ever."

Pangea Biological Employee

"This company has a nice work environment both as a biologist and an employee. However, the main problem I feel is the lack of work-life balance. Some of the managers don't seem to respect our boundaries and force us to work for extended hours and even on our day-offs. The work can just sometimes be overwhelming, too."
