"From day 1, discovered I'd severely been taken advantage of. Expertise was acknowledged and celebrated upon being approached/ offered the position as well as during the interview process, but when offer came was told I didn't qualify for the max hourly originally offered due to the fact I had a trade school certification instead of the associates degree "required" (never mind the fact that I have a B. Sci. in an unrelated field). Promised the world, told after 6 months I would be offered perm placement/ hired on directly by client, then was told that was not the case due to having to take an unpaid medical leave after an MVA. Run. Far, far, away. Your recruiter will likely never have your back, you are just a commission check to them, as they get paid based on how little you'll accept in terms of pay rate/"
"PDS Tech is, in my experience, one of the better contract employers. While it may be preferable to work direct positions as I have worked previously, some people with considerable experience are not always desired by employers, and this isn't as much a problem in contract situations. Furthermore, PDS is among the top contract employers to place excellent contract employees with better employers at very good pay rates. Backup support is also very good when minor problems arise. For these reasons, I rate PDS as one of the better contract employers in the country, for they have locations and varied contract situations across the United States."
"The job is ok. The pay is pretty good."
"I work at Airbus Helicopters in Columbus, MS. via contract with PDS Tech."
"PDS Tech is a well-established service provider to the aerospace industry. They provide services to both commercial and military aerospace companies."
"Uneducated recruiters!! They do not even know that there is no difference between permanent resident and green card holder!!! It is the basics of your job, imagine these recruiters want to help you to find a job!! Isn't it ridiculous?!! They posted junior level position but their recruiter asked me for more experience!! The recruiter wasted my time so someone else took the job!!! The recruiter is also racist, she wants to persuade me that this job is not good for you!!!"
"I worked for this company almost a year any a half. They don't keep their word and tell you that you will go full time. When my contract ended they didn't have anything available so I filed for unemployment. After I provided information the employer fought my unemployment, they said that I quit and didn't make myself available for work. So they demanded me to pay back the money by filing an appeal. I went thru the appeal, hired an attorney, missed time from work and presented evidence that showed that I followed up accordingly. I will tell anyone about this place, don't work for this company. It's horrible and they change managers without letting you know. There is no communication at all and they are all a bunch of dishonest people who will go as far as to make fraudulent statements and are under handed."
"I started working for PDS Technical Services in May 2012 for the MasterCard Worldwide position in Information Security, I enjoyed working for this contracting company as it gave me the experience I needed to work for a major corporation such as MasterCard. Each and every day I was challenged in my job duties and was able to work very closely with upper management and was placed in charge of the client's largest account. I recommend PDS to anyone as they really go out of their way to find the best positions possible."
"Terribly dishonest people who are also very unorganized. While working via this staffing agency I found myself being transferred like a hot potato without word. 3 different managers in a year (Cant keep'm I guess). A new Acct Mgr would take over my profile and not contact you, let alone give you a reply. They were also not honest about the pay they could get you. They would tell me the company I would go to work at would only pay max of so much... I found from several others some where makin"
"I did not like working at Verizon during my tenure there. The corporation has a stale culture, and treats its employees like it treats its customers - shoddily."
