"Great pay and benefits. Culture needs work. Business and expectations are a bit behind the times compared to other industries."
"NA at this time. I will submit at a later date."
What do you like about working at Pittsburgh Glass Works?
"I have a very good team leader. He is honest and open. He is the exception to the rule in this company. I would do anything for him and for our team, but that is where my enthusiasm ends."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Decline the interview! I have watched more people regret starting here and quickly moving on in 3 years than I have seen in all my other positions combined. This is not a place you would want to work."
What don't you like about working at Pittsburgh Glass Works?
"Leadership is non existent for the company. Most of the upper level executives are dishonest and will lie right to your face. Morale is as low as I have ever seen at any company I have ever worked for. I dread coming to work everyday, it is so depressing that I count the minutes until I get to leave."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Quit! Seriously, move on and get someone in here that understands leadership and teamwork. Don't pretend you do, you clearly don't. Every move ever made is all about the bottom line only, never about the people or the customers."
