"I had been with Pilgrim's for 16 years. They had provided me many opportunities for advancement over the years and I had mostly worked with a knowledgeable and caring team. The company has been driving more people first initiatives but it has still not been driven deep enough into the organization. The turnover rates for this company are very high upwards of 100% and greater for some business units."

"I would interact more with the employees, and offer train to help them do their job more efficiently."

"If I were the CEO I would try to interact more with the employees. I would also offer training to help employees work together and perform their jobs more efficiently."

"Everyone is under the gun to perform. This translate to little to no room for error. If you do not know what you are doing do not apply."

"The pressure to improve on the production numbers and cost made the jobs there unbearable."

"I would listen to the personnel on the floor more. This was one of the main issues at this location."

"I managed the business development team which handled national, retail, fast food accounts and commodity. We support reporting, budgeting and forecasting using SAP."

"Once the CEO passed away, the new one didn't have the same vision, oppertunity died with him within the company."

"Be willing to make change even when people are so good, you don't want to loose them out of your department."

"most of the management was rude and disrespectful of the workers, alot of people bent the rules for their benefit."

"if you hate you job, quit. there should be no disrespect toward employes. if your going to accept the responsibility of a supervisor then act adult."
