"The people at Pond are great to work with. They are fun and very kind. The upper management could use some help. We are on our 3rd CEO in 6 months. The CFO only cares about the bottom line and the company is taking away all accrued sick/vacation time and 2 holidays from the entire company. "Pond & Company was a very challenging and fast-paced environment to work in. I was the only person working for the company in the capacity of a Web Developer as Pond & Company is an architectural firm. I was able to work from home as long as I was able to manager each aspect of my project. I had 1 manager and we both reported directly to the company CIO, this was truly a great experience."
