"I worked for Presstek for 14 years. The company was bought by a venture capital firm and the part of the business I was working was eliminated.I enjoyed working at Presstek because of the challenges that were presented and the people that I met."

Presstek Employee

"I am no longer working for Presstek since it changed the business direction and eliminated hardware engineering. The company is now a service and printing plates company that likely will be sold in 4-5 years. Management is aggressive to make a profit but the business plan is risky since the competition is Kokak, Agfa, Fuji and other larger plate manufacturers. Growth of service business is contingent 3rd party contracts. Good people may make it a success."
