1.9Care about the patients and getting them their medicine on time. These are specialty medicines not tylenol. Most of these patients can die from not getting their meds on time so start caring... what if it were you on the other end Give people promotions that deserve it and has worked hard for it and stop putting people in positions that don't know what they are doing just because they claim they know it. Take responsibility of your role. Be professional and stop gossiping like this is high school. Get a better internet security system.
2.1This company is not what it appears to be on the outside. I thought I accepted employment at a professionally run organization who cared. Instead, I just see a company that doesn't care about its employees, and bosses who only seem to care about getting their bonuses. Someone else said something similar to this: they only care about stats and pretending to have it all together to please the CEO and upper management. This place operates like a high school with cliques like in the movie Mean Girl. Could not say it better myself. We have to Instant Message our boss every time we leave our desk, even if it is to use the restroom. Not a positive place to work at all.
1.8I worked for Prime Therapeutics for many years and all I saw was favoritism shown to inept employees who stabbed their team in the back and were promoted, relocated, given a raise and forced the breakup of their entire team even though they were the initial cause. Anytime something didn't go their way, they would go over their boss's head and run to their safety net. This person ruined many people's careers because they were untouchable and got away with inappropriate behavior and relationships. Lack of trust and backstabbing, this person got very good people blackballed People behaved so badly, there were inappropriate relations that were happening between employees.
