3.2 I've worked for the M-NCPPC Help Desk since the fall of 2013. The experience has taught me how to deal with a great deal of stress in the workplace while also multitasking to achieve a common goal. There are no benefits offered for part-time employees and there is limited if any room for upward movement. Micromanagement is the only source of management which can come from any one of the 12 full-time managers placed in charge of about 9 to 10 part-time employees on a daily basis.
