"When originally hired,(5 outside sales people) opportunity was great. I did well for a few months."

What don't you like about working at Pristene Water?
"Company became a people Mill did not care about keeping sales people. (22 sales people at one time). Management overpriced the products and paid very little commission ($75) for anything but $5000+ (water treatment) sale. Products were not competitive in the market. Could not make a living."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Understand your markets!! Arizona is not Texas. Offer a good product at a competitive price. More Sales people does not equal more Market share. Only add Sales personnel when the people you have are making a decent living. Look for people that will make a commitment to the company and commit to their sucess."
