3.6 Very difficult place to work. They do not provide technical employees with the human resources needed to get big jobs done effectively. Responsibilities for maintaining a huge high traffic websites are given to a single person with no back up or assistance. These core employees are responsible for all new development and maintenance. Due to this nothing gets done effectively. Priorities shift with the wind on any given day. They have a good mission but they need more tech staff.

4.5 I love most that no day is the same. I have incredible variety within my workload. I'm given a lot of responsibility and I'm trusted by my peers and managers. I'm also surrounded by so many other high performers, so there's never a day when I don't learn something.
