"Renesas is not doing well as a company and with the recent acquisitions, it has created a chaotic environment. It has the potential to be a great job because of the resources available and the type of clients they work with, but the waning profits are making it a tough company to feel safe at as an employee. Watching your co-workers get cut down left and right is not a great feeling. If they can stabilize profits it should be a nice place to work."
