"Nice place to work. However, there is a lot of protectionism for friends instead of the most qualified."
"I worked for Rio Tinto for over 20 years. In the last 3-4 years, I worked remotely for Rio Tinto. The only reason I left Rio Tinto was that the company decided everyone needed to work in an office. I was offered a severance package or the opportunity to relocate to Utah. I chose to take the severance package since my husband and I had just purchased a home in South Dakota."
