The Good: Start-up experience, multiple roles and responsibilities, ability to learn new skills and features.
The Bad: The employees receive very low compensation with no respect for work-life balance. (Yes, this is a startup, but most start-ups don't work 6 days a week, 14 hours a day for 2 years and counting !)
4.5I have been with RockON for more than a year. During this time, I have had the opportunity to learn a lot of new things and contribute to the company. I like the startup culture - it's open and I get to contribute a lot.
4.2Its a typical bay area startup. Casual, lots of hard work and lots of learning. They are open to hiring people who are willing to learn and appreciate your efforts. I got the opportunity to learn several new technologies here. The team is supportive.
