"I worked for Rockwell Automation for 4 years and really loved my time there. If it weren't for an unavoidable relocation, I would still be there, without a doubt!"

"Overall, this was a good company to work for. Technology wise the company invested a lot in it's SAP roll-out and really made a strong effort to standardize processes. However, this company is still an 'engineering company' - so if you aren't an 'engineer' by training - you will most likely be looked down upon by some of your engineer coworkers."

"I have worked for Rockwell automation since 2012 and I started as a lean manufacturing intern, then I moved to NPI contract engineer position that gave me a lot of experience on manufacturing/industrial/lean manufacturing skills."

"Old Boys style company. Need to work a lot of years to get anywhere. Bad compensation structure. Supervisors maintain a huge buffer with employees."

"I liked working with RA. However the DR offices have a lot of things to improve, specifically the HR department since the head of this department has some control issues and can be very intrusive. I was lucky to not report to any DR management staff since most are not very professional. The environment can be a bit toxic over there, unfortunately."

"I've work for the company since February 2013 as a contractor and I really like the job. I was only there for a month. It is a good company to work for because they are very patient with you as far as training goes and they help you to understand the concepts of the job. I would recommend someone to work for this company. It has always strive to work hard and perform at the highest level. It is known to be one of the Fortune 500 as the best place to work for because it's strive constantly."

"I have worked at Rockwell Automation since fall of 2011. The work itself is not bad, but there seems to an ever growing disconnect between management and the work force. I personally feel like the management is there to just manage. I guess I feel like management should be there to lead. It becomes very frustrating when management only shows up when there seems to be something wrong and they are yelling at us."
