"Speaking with HR is frowned upon. Managers will throw their employees under the bus in a heartbeat to save themselves."

"Fire everyone in management and start over. They think they are untouchable."

"The salary was good, good benefits, headquarters was far away."

"there is far more work than can be done in 40hrs. allow more paid hours to get the work done"

"Spend more time with your employees to truely learn how they contribute to the organization and give them the recognition they earned."

"It is a big company. You can be replaced, and they don't care. You will meet great people to work with though."

"The manager I was under just left the position I filled, and his attitude was I did it, and it was easy not taking into account I never did that style of testing before."

"Make sure your people understand what the task in front of them is."

"A great place to work. Rockwell gave me a start in engineering. It was a professional and interesting place to work."

"no. It spun off into other companies so I don't think others can join Rockwell semiconductor systems."

"nothing. I liked everything about Rockwell. I never left it either. It spun off into Conexant."
