"Working for this company has been quite the experience. There’s a lot of freedom. You can basically make your own schedule, the boss is very understanding of time off and the employees as well. A couple of downsides is the inability for management to properly compensate their employees, the turnover, and the lack of advertisement. Which can make for long days without business. I’d recommend this place for someone looking to see what it’d be like to work for a car dealership."
