"I have worked several years at SMC. It is very patient satisfaction and revenue oriented, so much so that it is pretty much a detriment. It is not felt that they care for their employees. Employees are stressed by added expectations which interfere with them being able to focus on their patient care. The administration is severely out of touch with the stresses they impose on the front line employees providing the patient care. Also, night shift is severely undervalued."
