"I've worked at Seattle Municipal Court for many, many years. The experience was great for understanding and observing the criminal justice system in action. The workload can be heavy and the pace is rather fast since SMC is one of the busiest courts in Washington State but it definitely makes the time fly by. Unfortunately, there is a lack of support from managers, lack of communication about changing procedures, and lack of appreciation for work done."
