I found that I have been most successful in the staffing industry when I had staff with an excellent ability to recruit dedicated to do just that; and those who were extremely successful in sales dedicated to that area. I've seen the fruit of such efforts when I implemented this in another company. I was responsible for a start up IT branch. The branch was operating at a profit within 6 months. In the staffing industry we all have to wear several hats at times, but if an individual's focus can be on what they do best, then the chances of a positive outcome is much improved.
