Submit a Review"I love that I get to interact with so many customers on a daily basis. I have really grown to know many customers on a personal level and they have a lot of faith in my abilities. Many of my customers will wait for me specifically and show great appreciation for how much I care about their experience. I also love the ability to participate in conference calls with upper management and to take on extra banking center responsibilities. I do not feel limited in the "teller" role."
"It is a good part time job for college students to be exposed to the surface of finance related jobs. Furthermore it is a good learning field for customer service and compliance related knowledge. Limited exposure to indepth knowledge, however, is the downside of this position."

What do you like about working at Union Bank?
"Coworkers as people. The managers. The benefits. Talking to some of the customers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you just need a job for money then work here. Otherwise, you're better off someplace else."
What don't you like about working at Union Bank?
"The executive management sucks. I would not recommend any friends/family to work or do business with UB. Lots of double talk; they say one thing but they never back up their words."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Establish a true identity, stop lying to the employees, bring the bank up to date in terms of tech, be competitive, communicate more with the employees."
What do you like about working at Chase?
"Great benefits and good hours. My managers were able to work with my busy school schedule."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Make sure to ask any questions you might have upfront."
What don't you like about working at Chase?
"Lack of growth opportunity. Worked there for many years and never got promoted."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Promote within before hiring someone new becuase new people dont normally have the same experience with that company."
What do you like about working at JPMorgan?
"I like the benefits, coworkers, customers, industry leader, global size, diversity, products, and once again, benefits."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you do not like working for The Man, this is not a company for you. Moving up in the company is possible, but it will be a LENGTHY process and you have to know the right people to brown-nose."
What don't you like about working at JPMorgan?
"I feel pigeon-holed in my current position. We are told over and over again how to move forward in our careers but struggle to find the right path/connection to do so."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Not much - a very difficult job, given the times and pressure of both the economy and the government."

"BOA is a very well respected company. They treated you fairly and helped you to grow within."

"This is an ideal job for a student how to count money and learn first hand customer service."
What don't you like about working at Bank of America?
"The job location was in a grocery store which was real small and you had a confined area to stand."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The only suggestion is that tellers should be compensated more than they are."
