"Although the CEO is a great person and highly skilled, the controller of the company is uneducated and there is no HR policies in effect and the financial position of the company is poor. At the time of hire this company was not prepared for bringing on a new person. The move to expand was not well thought out and funding was not in place for the expansion, and all employees who were brought on were let go within 90 days.
