"SPS is a great place to work. The culture is fantastic. There is a great sense of cohesiveness from the top down. The management is very interested in helping their direct reports get their jobs done, and also interested in them as human beings. There are opportunities to connect to coworkers outside of the work environment as well. Compensation is a bit low, but I stayed for several years due to the pleasant work environment."
