"I worked at Star Furniture for 2 years. I sold a million dollars worth of furniture in one fiscal year, and earned a 25 cent raise at my annual review. There is no retirement plan, no profit and sharing, raises are slim to none and the management believes it can treat the employees not only as expendable, but as if they were children. The vehicles break down regularly; the roof leaks, the lighting is poor, and 6 sales employees have to share 2 computers. It's a hostile work environment. Simple."
