"I enjoyed the project and the people. It was a tough environment at times but I enjoy that challenge of a startup at times. I only answered to the CTO and other C level management."

"I like my co workers we are all about getting it done at all costs"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"In support this is a high stress job. If you can not handle stress and the program changing all the time and new features comming on with minimal training this is something you will not last in. This is a high stress position with not to much incentive negotiate a high high salary."
What don't you like about working at SuccessFactors?
"Lack of training. Understaffed in support. There is no work life balance with the freedom plan in certain roles it is impossible to take a vacation without comming back to double work as no one is actually covering your accounts."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More one on one conversations with employees. Not all management but few. Also better staff and treat the people with a long tenure in the company with Salary increases as they know the product inside out. If we have a season vet leave the impact it has to us in support is very difficult."
