Get some! Too much to discuss here...they don't have to power to change anything here anyway! Very limited as to what they can do and offer to support the products responsibly in the field! They need to accurately track and pay the salesmens commissons due. Again...see www.jobvent.com for some more details of problems that keep their turnover rate high here...DUH!

1.7 The company has a nice office but the people that work at this company are not friendly . A lot of the employees do not work a full week . The company is very strict and not flexible to outside employees . I think the company should loosen up and get people's input about making a fun place to work . This does not give you encouragement to stay here . I have worked for various companies lately after being with a company for over 25 years . I never saw things like this . I wish the company could make changes .
