"During my employment here, I felt like I wasn't important part of the company. Employees here aren't appreciated, recognized and given importance. No matter how hardworking one person can be, the company would just see him as a mere worker. There's not enough incentives and bonuses given to employees that would possibly motivate them more."

"Nothing. It's like being in the military. Nothing is done logically and you can't do anything to change it."

"Ask very hard questions about company culture, management, company finances. Then read between the lines."

"This is not the place to find your bliss. It might be a good training ground if you're right out of school, but professionals with experience are hamstrung by upper management's whims and indecisiveness."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management would have a clear direction and every department would be kept informed. Upgrade all employee computers and get a faster network."

"it's a small company, so you get to wear multiple hats, which I like. If you do a great job, everyone in the company will know it because it's such a small company."

"It's a great place to start, and get some experience under the belt. The company has an immense amount of potential, and I really hope that they do well."

What don't you like about working at Synactive?

"I feel like the management can do a lot better. Some members of the management team are so confused, and don't know much about the products at all."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you need quality work, you need to pay people. Certain technical teams like QA should be managed by a technical person, and not someone who is completely clueless about the products that are in the company. I feel like 10% of the managers do 90% of the work in this company."
