Building teams, structure and a unified message to the customer. Overall a good place to work. If you are not in the clinical side of the business the pay is very average. Benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k, STD/LTD) are all decent. Premiums for these programs are quite high relative to the market in the Raleigh-Durham area. Solid CEO but some churn within the Executive Team."
