What do you like about working at Televerde?
"Everyone there was easy to work with. Management had a Open Door policy, I could always discuss any issue I was facing with the development manager and he was very understanding. Good management is hard to find!"
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"My interview was more like a discussion of good development practices. The manager worked his questions into the discussion. Best interview technique I have ever experienced."
What don't you like about working at Televerde?
"They laid me off a week before Christmas!"

"At least wait until the Christmas bills are paid before lay-offs."
"I enjoyed the diverse work opportunities that this job allowed. One aspect of our job was to work in the prison population and provide skill set training and development to ladies that would soon be released. I enjoyed the social mission of the work very much."
What do you like about working at Televerde?
"I enjoyed the social mission of the work. One aspect of our job beisdes working for major clients such as MIcrosoft, Cisco etc. was to work in the prison system in Arizona. We worked with ladies to refine,train, and develop their skills to be able to be released an obtain a job upon release. I liked making a difference in lives and part of the reason I accepted the job was because I like the non profit aspect of the mission and values."
What don't you like about working at Televerde?
"The high level security shake downs within the prison units while we were training. It was very intimidating at times."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Continue the mission and ensure those that you bring in the company truly buy in to the purpose."
