"Anyone taking on this job needs to be clear what the expectations in terms of operational support and be willing to work with a fragile Dynamics GP database that does not enforce referential integrity."

"I'm frustrated with the lack of planning and the challenges it causes the IT department. I'm working 24x7 with no help or backup."

"They need to be more realistic about the workload and plan more thoroughly."
