4.5I've worked for Tower International, and Ryder Integrated Logistics Inc for many years, implementing lean techniques in a manufacturing environment, supporting quality suppliers to ensure production was seamless and met strategic goals. I enjoy the challenges of leading teams to meet daily goals while focusing on long-term strategic goals. It's important everyone understands their work process, is well trained and coached and motivated to put in 100% every day, for the success of the team and the business.
5Great place to work. Employed there just short of 20 years. Was given the opportunity to shine my best in a couple of different opportunities internationally. A purchase and reorganization of this organization was the demise of my current position at our corporate HQ. No hard feelings, that is business and I have a BS in Business Management and understand.
4.7I worked with Tower International for over 4 years. However, that came to an end late last year when the company was acquired through a buyout/merger. However, I really enjoyed my time there working on collaborative teams with some very helpful and talented people. Had it not been for the buy out I would not have any reason to leave as we were treated very well by our supervisors and upper management.
