1Poor Human Resource Management Lost business I only stay couples months couldn’t stay longer employees are constantly quitting or being unproductive , gossip office envite very unprofessional the business loses time and money .
employee conflict, lack of recognition, inadequate training, and poor team building among other issues.lack of an effective HR management most of the time employees feel that such negative situations will not improve when you make complaints as a result is damage workplace morale. Treasure island missing core values they don’t have sense direction a lot gossiping around the office creating employees agains to each other with distrusting culture . Human Resources if employees have issues do not separate from the rest of team .
Many employees are often late or absent from work
they’re most likely disinterested or not passionate about the work they do.they are actively avoiding work due negative relationships with colleagues or because of problematic behaviour going on in the office .
Finding a good work/life balance is important to ensure a positive workplace attitude, stress can be a major reason for employees to feel unsure of the workplace or even leave a business, defining clear boundaries between your workplace and home life can be a great way to ensure employees don’t get burned out or overwhelmed and helps them to continue to do their job well.
3.4I worked for Treasure Island Resort and Casino for over 15 years in different departments. Treasure Island offers decent compensation and benefits, however they are a very demanding company to work for. The team members make it a fun and enjoyable place to work and consistently help one another. There is very little job security, and upper management offers little support or acknowledgement for a job well done. They were also very inconsistent in their discipline practices.
3.5I've worked for TI since 2011. It is certainly a solid offering as an employment opportunity. I would have to submit that other casino properties on the Las Vegas Strip are better opportunities for audio engineers, but TI is certainly nothing to sneeze at. Health insurance is fair at best, overall management is adequate. 401(k) plan is kind of a joke.
