2.3 I worked for Union Savings Bank for a little over a year. While the product they provide to their customers is excellent (the mortgage product) every aspect about the work environment is negative. They manage in a threatening way, managers frequently discipline employees in front of all other co-workers by screaming at them and often times profanity was used. I have never worked in such an unprofessional environment.

2.7 I worked there for a year and started out not really knowing anything about the mortgage business, but was trained enough to do my job. Would like to have learned other things that I felt could have made my job quicker but was never trained on them. Once interest rates went up, they laid off people.

4.1 I have worked for Union Savings bank for over 3 years. They have grown me as a processor in many ways. I help with HMDAs and Closing Docs as well. I work primarily with the government loans and adhere strongly to these guidelines. I have built a great relationship with all the LO's.We close about 2.5 million each month.
